Since 2015, the Happiness-at-work Promotional Scheme has designated Pico Hong Kong as a ‘Happy Company’ in recognition of its healthy workplace culture and high level of employee morale. This year, Pico Hong Kong earned the ‘Happy Company 5 Years+’ label. The scheme is a co-effort by the Promoting Happiness Index Foundation and The Chinese Manufacturers’ Association of Hong Kong.

In its examination of Pico Hong Kong, the scheme noted that the office had:

• Recognised that competent staff are the company’s most precious asset
• Adopted a people-oriented management concept
• Motivated staff with ongoing learning and development opportunities
• Improved employees’ work-life balance by encouraging participation in sport, leisure and community activities
